Zumicon Coating &Waterproofing is now a PCAB licensed contractor.

We are pleased to announce that Zumicon has been granted by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) under the Construction Industry Association of the Philippines of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as Category “D” Specialty Contractor .

Zumicon’s License no. 41851 was first issued on 29,March 2017 and renewed every Construction Fiscal Year with effectivity starting June. Issuance of this license was granted in accordance with Republic Act No. 4566 and as such, we have been authorized to engage in the construction contracting business in the Philippines, to undertake specialty works in General Engineering, Waterproofing Works and Painting Works.

Contractors’ licensing applies all contractors whether and whether they undertake projects in the public or private sector. For the safety of the public contractors must first secure a license from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) before engaging in construction contracting activities in the country.
